Mustard-deviled Pecans

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 275°.
  2. Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Combine mustard, honey, butter, hot pepper sauce, and pepper in
  4. A shallow bowl; blend well. Add pecans; toss to coat well.
  5. Spread pecans in single layer on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir to turn; bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Watch closely to make sure they don't burn.
  8. Remove pans to wire rack; cool completely.
  9. Transfer nuts to tightly covered containers.
  10. Store in cool, dry place.
  11. The pecans will keep for about a week if tightly covered.
