Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce With Tuna

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil spaghetti until cooked.
  2. Drain tuna.
  3. Mash tuna with a fork.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet.
  5. Add garlic and onion.
  6. Saute for 2 minutes on low flame.
  7. Add tuna, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
  8. Saute for 2 minutes.
  9. Add vegetable stock and Kimball'Mushroom' Spaghetti sauce.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Bring sauce to a boil.
  12. Lower flame.
  13. Simmer, uncovered, until the sauce thickens.
  14. Add parsley.
  15. Stir and remove from heat immediately.
  16. Drain spaghetti.
  17. Transfer to a warmed serving dish.
  18. Pour the prepared sauce over the spaghetti.
  19. Serve rightaway!
