Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil/Saute/Steam mushrooms
  2. In blender, combine all ingredients (including mushrooms) and blend until smooth, or consistent
  3. Pour into pan and heat over low until warm, stirring constantly (otherwise the egg will cook and make the sauce lumpy instead of creamy)
  4. Pour over warm pasta/chicken
