Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a pot put water and mung beans and boil until tender. Add water if necessary. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl dissolve the beef cube with 1-2 cups of hot water.
  3. In a different pot heat vegetable oil and put garlic and onion.
  4. Add tomato once garlic is lightly brown and onion is transparent.
  5. Once tomato is cooked, add meat. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  6. When meat is golden brown add the mung beans.
  7. Add beef stock. You can also add more water if you want. Simmer.
  8. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  9. Serve with rice. (^_^)
