Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder, & baking soda together & set aside.
  3. Cream the butter, peanut butter, & sugars together; then add the egg & vanilla.
  4. Beat well, add the flour mixture, & beat again.
  5. Shape into balls & place on an ungreased cookie sheet, leaving 2 between the cookies.
  6. Cook for 8 minutes, push the chocolate kisses in, & cook for 2 minutes more.
  7. Cool on racks (although these taste sinfully delicious warm).
  8. You may also use Hugs, which are small chocolate kisses covered with white chocolate.
