Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 (1/4 oz) package yeast or 1 tbsp bulk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 -4 cups flour
  • cornmeal , for dusting

Directions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir with wooden spoon.
  4. Cover and let rise until double.
  5. Dust greased pizza pan with cornmeal.
  6. Spread out on pan- top with favorite toppings.
  7. Bake 425, for 20 minutes or so.
