Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter or 1 cup oleo
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter, flour and powdered sugar. Pat into 13 by 9 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour mixture over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Cool completely. Dust with additional powdered sugar before serving.
