Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, combine 1st 5 ingredients. In another bowl, combine eggs, applesauce, oil, and vanilla, Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in other ingredients. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 20-24 minutes.
