Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a VERY LARGE bowl, cream butters (butter and peanut butter).
  2. Add sugars and mix well.
  3. Beat in eggs.
  4. Add maple syrup, salt, and baking soda, beat well.
  5. With your hands, mix in oats.
  6. Mix in chips (chocolate, M&M's, and butterscotch).
  7. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookiesheet.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  9. To make into bar cookies, pat into 10X15X1 inch pan (filling 1/2 to 3/4 way), and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
