Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 6 -9 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Blend all other ingredients in blender until smooth then add ice cubes.
  2. Grind to blended milk shake stage.
