Fresh Banana Daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 large banana, sliced
  • 1 1/2 fl oz light rum
  • 1/2 fl oz triple sec
  • 1 tsp white sugar , or to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine banana, light rum, lime juice, triple sec, and sugar in a blender; puree until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend on highest setting until slushy, 15 to 20 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve.
