Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut spareribs into pieces.
  2. Salt and pepper ribs.
  3. Add garlic and onion powder to ribs.
  4. Roll in flour.
  5. In frying pan, that has been heated with vegetable oil, add sliced onions.
  6. Place spareribs over onions.
  7. Add more onions on top.
  8. Fry until done.
  9. NOTE: Beef spareribs can be substituted for pork.
