Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Blend the first three ingredients together. Beat the last three ingredients together with a rotary beater. Mix this with the first ingredients. Roll into a pie crust.
