Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Salt and pepper chicken.
  2. Melt butter in a baking dish.
  3. Add garlic and paprika.
  4. Turn chicken in mixture to coat evenly, cover dish loosely with foil and bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise and spoon over chicken, then cover and bake approximately 20 minutes more.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese and mushrooms over top of chicken and broil until cheese is melted.
