Directions:

  1. In large bowl, mix all ingredients
  2. Blend well
  3. Pour into a greased 9 X 5 loaf pan
  4. Bake at 350 for about an hour
  5. Cool slightly
  6. Turn out onto wire rack to cool completely
  7. Delicious for breakfast
