Ingredients:

  • 1 lime , cut into pieces
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 oz light rum
  • 2 oz club soda
  • 1 spring of mint
  • ice

Directions:

  1. Place lime in a shaker with sugar and mint leaves. Mash with a muddler or a wooden spoon. Add light rum and club soda and stir to combine. Serve over ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
