Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 10 small mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup white rum
  • 1 (6-oz) bottle club soda, chilled
  • 1 mint sprig (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place sugar and mint in a tall glass; crush with the back of a long spoon. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add rum, juice, and club soda. Garnish with mint sprig, if desired.
