Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup dry milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 -4 tbsp granulated sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix water and dry milk and chill thoroughly.
  2. Whip to form peaks.
  3. Add lemon juice and continue whipping to form high peaks.
  4. Beat in sugar.
