Ingredients:

  • 1 16 0z box. mochiko (sweet rice flour)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beaten 3 eggs in a bowl adding sugar little by little
  2. Add milk, Mochiko flour, baking soda, vanilla extract, then mix well
  3. (optional) add walut or dried grape/resberry...
  4. Pour contents into small muffin baking pan.
  5. Bake at 375 degree for 20 min.
  6. Let stand 5 min. until set.
