Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp miso
  • 1 tsp sake

Directions:

  1. Peel vertical stripes into the cucumber.
  2. Combine the miso and sake and rub on the cucumber. Let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Scrape off the miso and slice.
