Minted Strawberry Honey Sauce

Ingredients:

  • make 2 to 3 cups
  • 2 pints strawberries
  • 3/ cup honey

Directions:

  1. Wash an hull berries. Partially puree in food processor or blender, leaving chunks of berries.
  2. Combine partially pureed berries and honey in saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat until hot and bubbly. Add chopped mint. Stir to combine well.
  4. Serve sauce, either hot or cold over ice cream .
