Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Mix potatoes and cream well.
  2. Add melted butter, flour, and salt and mix well.
  3. Roll out a small piece at a time into a circle as thin as possible.
  4. Fry until lightly browned, turn and brown other side.
