Ingredients:

  • 9 dill pickle slices
  • 9 tsp ketchup
  • 9 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Divide 1 lb of beef into 9 equal sized balls.
  2. Form a patty out of each ball about 4 inches in diameter and 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Do this on waxed paper.
  4. Now freeze the patties at least a hour (keeps them from falling apart while grilling.).
  5. You need two electric griddles.
  6. One for meat and one for toasting buns.
  7. Pre-heat the meat griddle to 375 F to 400 F and bun griddle about 350 F till light brown.
  8. Place dill slices and dried chopped onion one each hamburger.
  9. Put on ketchup and mustard with salt and pepper to taste.
