Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of sifted a.p. flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of all bran

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and beat well.
  4. Stir in All-Bran, vanilla and mincemeat.
  5. Add sifted dry ingredients, mix well.
  6. Drop by tablespoons on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake in moderate hot oven 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
