Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use blender to combine oil, lemon juice, garlic and saffron.
  2. Rub this mixture on chicken pieces.
  3. Place remaining ingredients in pan with chicken.
  4. Simmer covered 20-30 minutes.
  5. Serve with Lemon Rice.
  6. Lemon Rice: Combine rice with all ingredients and toss together.
  7. Serve immediately.
