Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pulse chicken in a food processor 6 times, or until ground.
  2. Add minced onion and next 7 ingredients and process for two (2) minutes.
  3. Shape into 8 patties.
  4. Cook patties in a large greased skillet (or on an outdoor grill) about 5 minutes on each side, or until done.
  5. Serve with rolls and condiments of your choice.
