Ingredients:

  • 5 cups water
  • 1 cup grits
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a microwaveable 2 qt casserole.
  2. Cook on hi for 15 minutes.
  3. Add butter and cheese if desired, or use in your favorite grits casserole dish.
