Microwave Baked Corn

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1 (15 oz) can whole corn, drained

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. (I recommend first mixing dry and wet separately). Sprinkle in a bit of salt and pepper.
  2. Pour into a 1qt glass dish.
  3. Cook 8 minutes in microwave, Stir. Then cook 9 more minutes!
