Microwavable Baked Sweet Corn

Ingredients:

  • 2 (16 oz) cans sweet corn, drained
  • 1/2-3/4 cup cracker crumb
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and pour corn mixture into dish.
  3. Cover and microwave 20 minutes or until firm.
