Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs lean pork , cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 14 oz ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 medium size onion, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients, mix gently but well.
  3. Place into an ungreased casserole dish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 5 hours, cover last hour.
