Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 1/2 cups durkee's sauce
  • 50 large chicken wings
  • oil , for deep frying

Directions:

  1. Heat butter and hot sauce in steamer or on stovetop.
  2. Deep fry chicken wings in 350 degree F oil - 12-14 minutes for frozen wings; 8 minutes thawed.
  3. Put wings in large bowl or pot. Ladle sauce over wings, swirling until all wings are covered.
  4. Serve hot.
