Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in soup ot over medium /high heat, add onion, saute for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in turkey and the next 8 ingredience (all but the rice).
  3. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in wild rice, simmer 20 minutes or until rice is done.
