Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 equal wedges then set aside.
  2. Place butter in square casserole dish then microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Add potatoes turning to coat with butter.
  4. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients then sprinkle over potatoes.
  5. Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes.
  6. Allow to stand covered for 5 minutes.
