Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 (16 oz) bag trader joe's frozen fire roasted corn
  • 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • cumin (optional)

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in canola oil on stove and sautee garlic until slightly brown.
  2. Add frozen corn, chilies, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat through.
