Mexican Chicken And Rice Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 lb chicken boneless breastsj
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 package taco seasoning (or my recipe found on site)
  • 8-12 tortillas

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken in oil until lightly browned.
  2. Cut into thin strips. I use a fillet knife to get 1/4 inch.
  3. Add 2 cups water to chicken along with salsa and taco seasoning.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Stir in rice;cover.
  6. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
  7. Spoon mixture into tortillas and top with cheese.
