Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter and add the flour; cook over low heat one minute.
  2. Add all the dry spices and ketchup; stir this very well.
  3. Add milk and tabasco sauce, stirring as you add this.
  4. Add cheese last and cook until desired thickness...
  5. Serve with chips.
