Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Line bottom of 2-quart casserole dish with sliced tamales.
  3. Add cut up chicken breasts on top of tamales.
  4. Alternate layers of corn, olives, onions and grated cheese.
  5. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour tomato sauce over entire casserole.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
  9. Scoop out and serve with tortilla chips.
  10. Enjoy!
