Directions:

  1. Heat oil in medium pan and add the garlic, taco seasoning mix and cumin.
  2. Cook and stir until spices are fragrant.
  3. Add undrained tomatoes and thawed beef base.
  4. Simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in beans and cilantro, heat through and serve.
  6. Goes well with tortillas and salad.
