Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs slightly. Add all other ingredients and beat together for 3 minutes. Spray 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan and place on middle oven rack. Bake for 1 hour or until surface of pie cracks and is puffed. Remove from oven and cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
