Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring water, sugar, wine and orange juice to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring to dissolve sugar.
  3. Add flowers.
  4. Cover and steep for 1 hour.
  5. Strain flowers.
  6. To serve, pour syrup over melon.
  7. Garnish with mint and lavender sprigs.
