Ingredients:

  • 3 (200 g) packets marshmallows
  • greaseproof paper

Directions:

  1. Prepare a mould the shape in a round tub about 3 inches high and 2 inches wide (about) by lining with greaseproof paper and dusting with cornflour.
  2. In a large bowl over simmering water melt marshmallows until it's runny, this can take a while.
  3. Take off the heat.
  4. Pour into prepared mould.
  5. Set in fridge.
  6. Once set turn out.
  7. Voila.
  8. Mega marshmallow.
