Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook garlic, jalapeno and diced chicken in oil. Add maple syrup and cook another 2 to 3 minutes stirring constantly.
  2. Add zucchini, olives, tomatoes and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add parsley, pesto, salt and pepper. Finish cooking another 2 minutes. Serve on your choice of fresh pasta.
