Directions:

  1. Combine red pepper, cheese, sour cream, garlic, basil, salt and pepper in small bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add tomatoes.
  4. Toss gently.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours
  6. To serve, divide and spoon on top of potatoes.
