Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a baking dish except the mozzarella
  2. Place in an oven preheated to 180c for 45 minutes
  3. Spread mozzarella evenly and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
  4. Serve as a side dish – goes great with any one of my chicken ideas – I’ve tried it with most 
