Meatloaf? Yes, Simple, yet  to Die For

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Form into loaf in loaf pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
  2. To vary recipe I have made a mixture of hamburger and local grocery store breakfast sausage, so tender. I've also formed into meatballs and cooked in spagetti sauce in crockpot or on stove till done.
