Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add more bread crumbs if needed to form into a loaf.
  3. Place on a cookie sheet lined with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer reads done.
