Meatballs for Any Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (i used 91%)
  • 1 lb regular ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning (or your fav. steak blend)

Directions:

  1. Put everything in a large bowl and mash it together well with your hands.
  2. Roll into 1 diameter meatballs Put about 1/4 between meatballs in a glass 13x9 baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 30 minutes.
