Mashed Sweet Potatoes For Two

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp. nut meg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 tlbs. brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Cube sweet potatoes and boil in large sauce pan till tender.
  2. Drain water completely.
  3. Melt butter and stir in brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon.
  4. Add milk to cooked potatoes and start to mash.
  5. Add melted ingredients while mashing and mix well.
