  1. Preheat oven on 350.
  2. Cream together sugar, margarine, and eggs.
  3. Add mashed potatoes, flour, milk,and baking soda.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Add nuts.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until done, when tooth pick inserted in middle, comes out clean.
  7. Makes 1 large Bundt cake or (2 ) 9x5 inch loaves.
