Mary's Green Tomato Relish

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart vinegar
  • 1 quart sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp clove (tied in cheesecloth)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and boil hard for 15-20 minute Remove cloves. Place mixture in sterile jars and process in water bath canner for 10-15 minutes based on altitude.
